Aquafarer manufactures drop-stitch inflatable SUP boards at 12–15 PSI operating pressure using full-length drop-stitch core lamination technology. Our range includes all-around, touring, yoga, fishing, and adventure models — each designed for specific water conditions and paddler skill levels.
Every SUP board features military-grade PVC outer layers (0.9 mm–1.2 mm), CNC-machined rocker profiles, and EVA traction decks with multiple artwork technologies: UV digital printing, screen printing, and multi-color EVA block piecing for artwork that never fades or peels.
OEM and ODM services include custom board shapes, private-label branding, custom artwork and colourways, and FOB Qingdao shipping. MOQ starts at 5–10 units with standard lead time of 30–45 days. Custom mould projects require 200+ units minimum and 45–90 days lead time.

12–15 PSI recommended for all models. 15 PSI provides maximum rigidity comparable to a hard epoxy board. Boards are pressure-tested to 1.5× rated capacity.
Standard UV digital printing is rated for 2+ years of regular saltwater exposure. EVA block piecing artwork uses inherent material colours — zero fade guaranteed. Bottom logos use stretchable PVC inks rated for 15 PSI inflation.
All-around boards at 10'6" and 11'0" × 32" × 6" for beginners and rentals. Touring boards at 12'6" for experienced paddlers. Custom shapes available for OEM projects.
