Aquafarer manufactures drop-stitch inflatable SUP boards at our 12,000 m² ISO 9001 certified facility in Qingdao, China.
Every product carries CE declaration of conformity and undergoes 24-hour pressure retention testing, seam peel testing, and full visual inspection before shipping.
OEM and ODM services include custom design, private-label branding, and FOB Qingdao container loading. MOQ starts at 5–10 units with standard lead time of 30–45 days.
SUP Manufacturing Technology
Drop-Stitch Core Lamination
Full-length drop-stitch core with thousands of vertical threads connecting top and bottom PVC layers. Inflates to 15 PSI for rigidity comparable to hard epoxy boards, then packs flat for storage and transport.
Multi-Color EVA Block Piecing
Premium artwork technology using die-cut EVA foam sheets in different colours, seamlessly puzzle-assembled for traction deck designs that will never fade, peel, or scratch under saltwater and UV exposure.
UV Digital & Screen Printing
High-precision UV digital printing for nose and deck artwork. High-elasticity screen printing with stretchable PVC inks for bottom logos — rated for 15 PSI inflation and repeated folding.
Custom Rocker & Shape Design
CNC-machined rocker profiles for all-around stability, touring efficiency, or surf manoeuvrability. Custom shapes and thicknesses available for OEM projects with minimum order 200+ units.

What is the recommended inflation pressure?
12–15 PSI recommended for all models. 15 PSI provides maximum rigidity comparable to a hard epoxy board. Boards are pressure-tested to 1.5× rated capacity.
Does the artwork fade in saltwater?
Standard UV digital printing is rated for 2+ years of regular saltwater exposure. EVA block piecing artwork uses inherent material colours — zero fade guaranteed. Bottom logos use stretchable PVC inks rated for 15 PSI inflation.
What board sizes and types are available?
All-around boards at 10'6" and 11'0" × 32" × 6" for beginners and rentals. Touring boards at 12'6" for experienced paddlers. Custom shapes available for OEM projects.
What is the MOQ for custom SUP boards?
Standard OEM: 5–10 units. Custom mould (unique shape/rocker): 200+ units. Sample orders available for qualification before bulk production.
What accessories are included?
Standard kit includes dual-action hand pump, adjustable aluminium paddle, coiled leash, removable centre fin, and carry backpack. Custom accessory bundles available for OEM/ODM.
