Specification & Design Brief
Share your target specs, CAD drawings, or reference product. Our engineering team reviews materials, dimensions, and compliance requirements (CE, BSCI) before quoting.
3D Mold Prototyping
We design and CNC-machine custom molds for SUP boards, kayak hulls, and RIB components. Prototype samples produced within 7–20 working days for your approval.
Material Selection & Sample Production
Choose from military-grade PVC (0.9 mm-1.2 mm), Hypalon CSM, or drop-stitch core fabrics. We produce pre-production samples with your brand colours, logo, and packaging for sign-off.
CE Factory Audit & Compliance
Every OEM order includes compliance documentation: CE declaration of conformity, ISO 9001 traceability records, BSCI social compliance report, and REACH material declarations.
Bulk Production & Inline QC
Production runs follow our 100-point quality checklist. Each unit undergoes 24-hour pressure retention testing, seam peel testing, and visual inspection before packing.
FOB Qingdao Logistics & Shipping
Finished goods are palletised, shrink-wrapped, and container-loaded at Qingdao port. We handle all export documentation, customs clearance, and provide real-time shipment tracking.

Material inspection
Incoming fabric, PVC, Hypalon, and drop-stitch core batch-tested before cutting
Weld/seal integrity
High-frequency welds tested for peel strength and airtightness

Every unit inflated to rated PSI and held for 24 hours with zero pressure loss tolerance
Visual inspection
Logo alignment, colour accuracy, seam finish, and accessory mounting checked per 100-point checklist

FAQ
What is the typical OEM lead time?
Standard OEM production: 30–45 days. Custom RIB projects: 45–60 days. Custom mold projects: 45–90 days. Prototype and sample: 15–20 working days.
Can I visit the factory during production?
Yes. We welcome factory visits at any stage. Our facility in Qingdao has a dedicated visitor program including production line tours, QC lab demonstrations, and accommodation arrangements. Virtual tours via video call are also available.
What happens if a unit fails QC?
Failed units are quarantined, root-cause analysed, and either reworked (if possible) or scrapped. Reworked units undergo the full QC cycle again. Batch failure triggers a production hold and corrective action report before resuming.
Do you provide production progress updates?
Yes. Weekly production reports with photos, QC statistics, and completion percentage. Critical milestones (material arrival, first-off production, mid-run QC, final QC, packing) are reported within 24 hours.
