What is the typical OEM lead time?
Standard: 30–45 days. Custom RIB: 45–60 days. Custom mold: 45–90 days. Sample: 15–20 working days.
Can I visit the factory during production?
Yes. Factory visits welcome at any stage. Virtual tours also available via video call.
What happens if a unit fails QC?
Quarantined, root-cause analysed, reworked or scrapped. Batch failure triggers production hold and corrective action.
Do you provide production progress updates?
Weekly reports with photos, QC stats, completion percentage. Critical milestones reported within 24 hours.
