Dolphin Wave Series

An 11-foot all-around inflatable SUP board with dolphin seascape artwork using CNC-cut EVA color-block splicing and screen-printed continuous rail waves.

Problem it solves: Art-conscious paddlers need SUP artwork that survives high-pressure inflation (15 PSI) and tight roll-up storage without cracking, creasing, or color bleeding.

How it works: The Dolphin Wave uses drop-stitch PVC core at 15 PSI. The standing zone uses CNC puzzle-cut EVA color-block splicing where colors are inherent to the material. The rail band uses continuous screen printing to extend wave motifs around the sides. UV inks have 150% elongation for crack resistance.

Compared to standard printed SUP boards, the Dolphin Wave uses physical EVA color-block splicing for the standing zone and screen-printed rail waves for 360-degree visual continuity. The 150% flexible UV ink prevents cracking.
