Jungle Mandala Series

An 11-foot all-around inflatable SUP board with tropical mandala artwork using dual-layer laser-engraved EVA, anti-distortion geometry, and screen-printed continuous rails.

Problem it solves: Paddlers want geometrically complex artwork that remains perfectly symmetrical and undistorted even when the board is inflated to high pressure, without pattern misalignment during manufacturing.

How it works: The Jungle Mandala uses drop-stitch PVC core at 15 PSI. The mandala geometry undergoes structural line-thickening to counter PVC surface dimples. The EVA pad uses dual-layer laser-engraving. Rail motifs use a scattered non-rigid pattern that accommodates manual assembly stretching tolerances.
