Technical Features
- Hull: CE-certified hand-laid fibreglass deep-V hull cuts through chop efficiently while the 160 cm beam delivers a stable platform for boarding and fishing. The fibreglass construction is durable and resistant to both freshwater and saltwater environments. Hull colour options: white, navy, grey, black, or custom RAL.
- Tubes: 42 cm diameter Hypalon tubes with 3 independent chambers. Hypalon is prized for its longevity and resistance to UV, ozone, and abrasion — lasting 15–20 years with proper care. Continuous grab lines run along the tube sides for crew security. Tube colours: black, grey, white, orange, or blue. Hypalon or PVC material options.
- Deck & Layout: Enhanced layout with a cushioned front cabin for passenger comfort during extended outings and a moulded fibreglass anchor tray for tidy ground-tackle stowage. Seating for four with two GRP seats included. Self-bailing deck.
- Engine & Performance: Supports 2-stroke or 4-stroke outboards up to 20 HP (14.91 KW). The 90 kg hull responds promptly to throttle input, achieving planing speeds quickly. Estimated cruising speed 12–17 knots, top speed 18–24 knots depending on load, engine, and conditions. Fuel consumption approximately 4–7 L/h at cruising speed.
- Safety: Three independent chambers ensure reserve buoyancy. Self-bailing deck, non-slip surfaces, and grab lines come standard. Recommended supplemental safety: life jackets, throw line, first aid kit, and navigation lights.
- Manufacturing & Quality: Hand-laid fibreglass hull with vinylester resin for osmosis resistance. Tubes assembled using hot-air thermofusion welding for air-tight seams. Every hull undergoes a 48-hour quality soak test and a 24-hour pressure-hold test before delivery.
- Certifications: CE certified under EU Recreational Craft Directive 2013/53/EU (Category C — coastal). ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Hull warranty 5 years, tube warranty 2 years, buoyancy warranty 5 years.
- Customisation: Custom hull graphics, tube colours, console layouts, and private-label branding available for OEM and fleet orders.
Ideal Uses
Suited to boaters who want the proven 3.3-metre platform with everyday convenience features already fitted:
- Family day cruising: The cushioned front cabin provides a comfortable perch for children or a passenger to lounge while underway. The anchor tray keeps mud and sand contained — no dirty ropes on the deck.
- Angling: The front cabin doubles as a dry storage area for tackle boxes and lunch bags. The anchor tray simplifies anchoring in fishing spots, with the anchor ready to deploy at a moment’s notice.
- Harbour exploring & beach landings: The anchor tray and bow design make repeated anchoring and beaching effortless. The 90 kg hull can be manually hauled up a sand beach.
- Yacht tender: The front cabin provides protected storage for fenders, dock lines, and provisioning bags during transfers between yacht and shore.
The RIB330B represents the best balance of lightweight handling and onboard convenience in the 3.3-metre class — more equipped than the base model but lighter and more affordable than the full-cabin RIB330C.
