• Hull: CE-certified hand-laid fibreglass deep-V hull with a 2.28 m beam — 28 cm wider than the base 520A. At 400 kg, the 520B is a solidly built vessel ready for demanding offshore patrol and charter work. Gelcoat in white, grey, navy, red, or custom RAL.
• Tubes: 52 cm diameter Hypalon tubes with 5 independent air chambers. The wide-beam stance delivers exceptional at-rest stability and a dry ride in choppy conditions. Tube colours: black, grey, white, orange, red, or blue. PVC standard; Hypalon upgrade available.
• Deck & Layout: Centre console with windscreen and seat box, front and rear cabin seating with cushions, and stainless steel back rest. The standard 80 L fuel tank and targa arch with 3 navigation lights provide extended operational range and all-weather visibility.
• Engine & Performance: Max engine rating 85 HP (63.38 kW). The 400 kg hull benefits from the full 85 HP to achieve strong planing performance under load. Estimated cruising 22–28 knots, top 30–40 knots.
• Safety: 5 air chambers, standard bilge pump, targa arch with navigation lights, and full-length grab lines for crew security in offshore conditions.
• Manufacturing & Quality: Hand-laid fibreglass hull with vinylester resin and gelcoat. Tubes assembled via thermofusion welding. Every hull tank-tested for 48 hours prior to fitting.
