RIB600
The RIB600 bridges the gap between intermediate and advanced RIB classes, offering a 6.0-metre hull with a generous 2.50 m beam and 6 air chambers for enhanced safety and buoyancy. Its 500 kg fibreglass deep-V hull handles outboard engines up to 115 HP and carries 8 passengers comfortably within the 1,200 kg max load, while the standard 120 L built-in fuel tank provides exceptional range for extended offshore missions. With a centre console featuring a 4-point switch panel, sun deck seating, and a stainless steel arch roll bar with 3 lights, the RIB600 is a firm favourite for demanding offshore expedition support and heavy-duty transport operations.

Technical Features
- Hull: CE-certified hand-laid fibreglass deep-V hull with a 2.50 m beam — providing exceptional stability and deck space for a 6.0-metre RIB. At 500 kg, the hull offers robust offshore capability while remaining trailerable. Self-bailing deck. Hull colours: white, navy, battleship grey, black, or custom RAL.
- Tubes: 52 cm diameter with 6 independent air chambers — one more than the 5.8-metre models — for enhanced redundancy and flotation. Tube colours: black, grey, white, orange, red, or blue. Hypalon upgrade recommended for extended UV life and durability.
- Deck & Layout: Centre console with windshield and 4-point switch panel, sun deck with cushions, front and rear cabin seating, anchor tray, and 120 L built-in fuel tank. The stainless steel arch roll bar provides structural protection and integrated navigation lighting. A shower system is available as an option for extended trips.
- Engine & Performance: Supports outboards up to 115 HP (85.75 kW). With a 90–115 HP engine, cruising speeds of 22–26 knots and top speeds of 30–36 knots are achievable. The 120 L fuel capacity provides exceptional range for multi-day offshore operations.
- Safety: 6-chamber construction — the highest chamber count in the sub-6-metre range — providing maximum redundancy. Bilge pump, arch roll bar with navigation lights, stainless steel ladder access, and full-length grab lines.
- Manufacturing & Quality: Hand-laid GRP hull with isophthalic polyester resin and UV-stable gelcoat. Tubes assembled via hot-air thermofusion welding. Hull structure vacuum-bagged. Every hull water-tested for 72 hours.
- Certifications: CE Category B (offshore) certified under EU Directive 2013/53/EU. ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Hull warranty 5 years, tube warranty 2 years.
- Customisation: Full customisation for commercial fleets — hull and tube colours, console and seating layout, electronics package, and vessel graphics.
Ideal Uses
The RIB600 is suited for boaters, fishing enthusiasts, marine professionals, and commercial operators who need a versatile 6.0 m RIB for offshore transport, diving expeditions, and water sports carrying up to 8 passengers in mixed sea conditions. The 120 L fuel tank and 6-chamber safety configuration make it particularly well suited to extended offshore charters, search and rescue operations, and multi-day expedition support where range, payload, and redundancy are critical factors.
