Technical Features

• Hull: CE-certified hand-laid fiberglass deep-V hull, 270cm beam, built to the highest standard for heavy offshore use, self-bailing deck. Available in white, navy, battleship grey, black, or any custom RAL color.
• Tubes: 52cm diameter, 7 air chambers providing superior flotation and safety. Tube color options: black, grey, white, orange, red, or blue. Hypalon upgrade material for extended UV life in tropical conditions.
• Deck & Layout: Center console with windscreen, 4-point switch, and fuel gauge; front/back cabin cushions, seat box, fiberglass anchor tray, 300L built-in fuel tank for extended operations.
• Engine & Performance: Accommodates outboards up to 250HP/186.42KW. With 200-250HP, expect cruising speeds of 28-34 knots and top speeds of 38-48 knots for high-speed offshore transit even when fully loaded.
• Safety: 7-chamber multi-cell design, bilge pump, targa bar with navigation lights, boarding ladder provisions, heavy-duty grab lines.
• Manufacturing & Quality: Hand-laid GRP hull with isophthalic polyester resin and UV-stable gelcoat. Tubes assembled using hot-air thermofusion welding. Full hull structure vacuum-bagged for optimal glass-to-resin ratio. Every hull water-tested for 72 hours.
• Certifications: CE category B (offshore) certified under EU Directive 2013/53/EU. ISO 9001:2015 quality management. Hull warranty 5 years, tube warranty 3 years, buoyancy warranty 10 years.
