How it works: The Leviathan Wake uses drop-stitch PVC core at 15 PSI with a 32-inch deck. The nose artwork uses high-precision UV digital printing while the bottom logo uses high-elasticity screen printing with specialized stretchable PVC inks. The traction pad uses mechanical heat-embossing for durable wave patterns.
