Technical Features
- Hull: CE-certified hand-laid fibreglass deep-V hull with a 2.25 m beam. At 450 kg, the 520E is the heaviest 5.2-metre model, reflecting its robust construction, extensive standard equipment, and 80 L fuel tank installation. Gelcoat in white, grey, navy, red, or custom RAL.
- Tubes: 50 cm diameter Hypalon tubes with 5 independent air chambers. Slightly smaller tube diameter than the 520B/C (52 cm), but the 2.25 m beam still provides excellent stability. Tube colours: black, grey, white, orange, red, or blue. PVC standard; Hypalon upgrade available.
- Deck & Layout: Centre console with integrated 4-point switch panel, front and rear cabins with cushions, stainless steel back rest with built-in skiing loop, and a stainless steel arch roll bar with 3 navigation lights. The 80 L fuel tank includes a fuel gauge for precise range management on extended offshore trips.
- Engine & Performance: Max engine rating 115 HP (85.75 kW) — the highest in the 520 series. The 450 kg hull demands and rewards the extra power, delivering strong offshore performance while carrying 8 persons and 960 kg of payload. Estimated speeds: cruising 22–28 knots, top 30–40 knots.
- Safety: 5 air chambers, bilge pump, arch roll bar with navigation lights, and optional VHF radio, deck lights, and underwater lights. Stainless steel handrails and C-shape ladder improve crew safety during boarding and deck operations.
- Manufacturing & Quality: Hand-laid fibreglass hull with vinylester resin and gelcoat. Tubes assembled via thermofusion welding. Every hull tank-tested for 48 hours prior to fitting.
- Certifications: CE approved under the EU Recreational Craft Directive. ISO 9001:2015 certified. Hull warranty 5 years, tube warranty 2 years.
- Customisation: Full customisation — tube and hull colours, console layout, seating, and graphics for fleet, government, or OEM orders.
